Happy New Year!
I am reaching out to you regarding this year’s Confirmation Class. For those that might not be familiar with confirmation, it is a 3 month program filled with classes, worship, an outreach, and activity* to grow and affirm our student’s faith. Typically we start Confirmation from 7th grade, but is open for any age. We will conclude this program with the profession of our faith to God and to one another.
This Sunday, Jan 9th I will be holding a Question & Answer session for all those interested in participating in this year’s confirmation class. If you are not able to attend, but would still like more info please let me know.

Below is a rough schedule for our classes. I would like to hold the classes in-person at church. But due to the fact that we are still in a pandemic, our classes are subject to move to online on Zoom. We will monitor the situation closely and ask that participating families be flexible to a change in schedule.

Feb 13 – Lesson 2: Trinity – Jesus the Son
Feb 20 – Lesson 3: Trinity – The Holy Spirit
Feb 27 – Lesson 4: UMC (Rev Park)
Mar 6 – Lesson 5: Spiritual Disciplines & The Local Church (Pastor Josiah Chung)
Mar 13 – Lesson 6: Workshop / Movie
Mar 20 – Test Review & How to write a Testimony.
Mar 27 – Test Day
Apr 3 – Interview Day (Scheduled Slots*)
Apr 10 – Palm Sunday, Afternoon Confirmation Service & Banquet*
Apr 17 – Easter Sunday, Confirmation Recognition Service
